What we build

High-speed, distributed process automation for continuous industrial production. PID and Model Predictive Control algorithm libraries, deterministic fieldbus interfaces over Profibus and EtherCAT, redundant controller configurations engineered for 99.999 per cent availability, alarm management aligned to ISA-18.2, batch process control engines aligned to ISA-88, and control-loop performance monitoring that shows which loops are actually in automatic.

Capabilities

  • Distributed process automation for continuous and batch production
  • PID and Model Predictive Control libraries, tuned against the plant rather than a textbook
  • Deterministic fieldbus interfaces over Profibus, EtherCAT, and industrial Ethernet
  • Redundant controller configurations engineered for 99.999 per cent availability
  • ISA-18.2 alarm management and ISA-88 batch control engines
  • Control-loop performance monitoring that reports which loops are really in automatic

SCADA & HMI

Full-stack SCADA platforms: protocol gateways for DNP3, IEC 61850, MODBUS, and OPC UA, RTU and PLC polling engines, a time-series historian holding years of telemetry at full resolution, HMI and situational-awareness graphics built to ISA-101 rather than to decoration, geospatial views for distributed assets, and role-based access control aligned to IEC 62443 with an audit trail on every command.

Bring us the whole problem.

Tell us where the work is stuck, whether that is a model that never reached production, an application nobody can change, a data platform nobody trusts, or a plant the business cannot see. An engineer replies with a first read, not a sales deck.
