Cloud Migration & Modernisation

A sequence that keeps the business running while the platform changes underneath

  • AWS
  • Azure
  • Google Cloud
  • Landing zone
  • Strangler fig
  • Dual-run

What we build

Migration to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, or to a private cloud, planned as a reversible sequence rather than a weekend. Dependency and data-flow mapping of the estate as it actually runs, landing zone and account structure with guardrails, workload assessment and disposition per application, strangler-fig sequencing in shippable steps, dual-run and reconciliation before any cut-over, and rollback criteria written before the work starts.

Capabilities

  • Dependency and data-flow mapping of the estate as it runs, not as it is documented
  • Landing zones, account structure, network design, and guardrails set before workloads move
  • Per-application disposition: rehost, replatform, refactor, replace, or retire, with the cost of each
  • Strangler-fig sequencing in reversible steps, each one shippable on its own
  • Dual-run and reconciliation that prove the new path before the old one is switched off
  • Rollback criteria written in advance, so stopping is a decision rather than a failure

Bring us the whole problem.

Tell us where the work is stuck, whether that is a model that never reached production, an application nobody can change, a data platform nobody trusts, or a plant the business cannot see. An engineer replies with a first read, not a sales deck.
